Related to ‘swab’, ‘slab’ is kinda gross. For some the word might conjure up a big piece of marble, or a some other rock — for me ‘slab’ just conjures up meat, like spam: something processed and gelled together, and jello-like.

I love the word ‘dollop’. It has a nice “aw” sound and ends with a soft “pa”. Though I must agree with the words “veiny” and “curd/curdle” as kind of yucky sounding. It’s the hard “r” sound.
